The Soundlapse project took part in the launch of the book Recolección. Arts in Defense of Nature in Chile, published by Fundación Mar Adentro and the Institute of Ecology and Biodiversity.

The event was held on 30 September at Casa Prochelle I in Valdivia, as part of Los Ríos Territorio Visual 2026, bringing together several regional projects featured in the publication to discuss the relationships between art, nature and territory.

During the event, Felipe Otondo presented Soundlapse’s work on soundscape, acoustic ecology, and the creative and educational use of natural sound recordings.

The programme also included presentations by Estudio de Campo, Bruma / Territorios en suspenso and Fragua, together with representatives from Fundación Mar Adentro and the Institute of Ecology and Biodiversity.
